The Cada Warranty

The Cada Construction team intends for you to have a trouble-free experience with your new home or renovated space. We recognize that it is not unusual for adjustments to be required after the construction period. At Cada Construction, we are there to support you long after the completion of your project.

The workmanship and material supplied to all of our projects carry a one year warranty against defects On all of our projects, we meet or surpass the structural requirements of the Ontario Building Code.

Cada Construction is also readily available after completion of all of our renovations and custom homes to make adjustments or corrections to the component parts of the project for a period of one year.

For the new home owner

Cada Construction is a registered member of the Tarion Warranty Program; formerly the Ontario New Home Warranty Program. Each new home we build is registered with the program and is covered with the program's new home warranty. Tarion is the regulator of Ontario's new home building industry promotes high standards of construction among Ontario's new home builders.
