    We bring the same commitment to quality and detail to select commercial projects, from full build-outs and tenant fit-ups to structural renovations. Work includes the Metcalfe Family Dental Centre, and we've stepped in to take over and complete projects started by other contractors.

Our Process

  1. Consultation. We listen first: what inspired the project, your priorities, and how you'd like the work phased.

  2. Pre-construction. We join your architect and designer early, bringing construction expertise to guide decisions on budget, schedule and buildability.

  3. Scope and estimate. You receive a detailed scope of work and a transparent estimate, prepared in our construction-management software.

  4. Contract. We work under standard CCDC contracts as an HCRA-licensed, Tarion-registered builder.

  5. Construction. A dedicated project manager and site supervisor lead our own crew of carpenters, with scheduled updates and clear invoicing throughout.

  6. Completion and care. A final walkthrough together, and a written warranty from the day we finish: two years on workmanship, and seven years on structural defects and water penetration.
